5. Objects of National Sports Federations
Every National Sports Federation shall—
(a) ensure that every sports club affiliated with it or with its regional
sports committees comply with this Act; and
(b) uphold and operate on the principles of good governance,
transparency, democracy, fairness and non-discrimination.
