10. Dissolution
(1) The Corporation may, on the proposal of the Council, be dissolved in
such manner as may be prescribed.
(2) Where the Corporation is dissolved, all assets remaining after winding
up shall be transferred to, or used for, a charitable institution in Mauritius
designated by the Council.
