6. Membership and register of members
(1) The membership of the Corporation shall be—
(a) open to all citizens without distinction as to race, creed, religion
or colour; and
(b) determined in such manner as may be prescribed.
(2) The Council shall keep a register in which shall be entered the names
of every member of the Corporation.
