3. Vesting of portions of State land Notwithstanding any other enactment, the portions of State land specified— (a) in the First Schedule shall vest in the Welfare Fund; (b) in the Second Schedule shall vest in the Authority. [S. 3 amended by Act 48 of 1991; repealed and replaced by s. 4 of Act 38 of 2003 w.e.f. 4 October 2003.] FIRST SCHEDULE [Section 3] A PORTION OF LAND AT LA COCOTERIE, TOMBEAU BAY, IN THE DISTRICT OF PAMPLEMOUSSES, OF THE EXTENT OF 45A80 Description of Boundaries— Towards the North by the properties of Mrs Madodree Saneechur and Compagnie Filature de Riche Terre on four hundred and eighteen metres and eighteen S33 – 1 [Issue 1] State Land (Alienation) Act centimetres (418.18 m) or 1372 feet measured along the axis of a common and party road three metres and ninety centimetres (3.90 m) or 12 French feet wide. Towards the East by a public road seven metres and eighty centimetres (7.80 m) or 24 French feet wide on three hundred and ninety-seven metres and sixty centimetres (397.60 m) or 13041/ feet. Towards the South partly by a common road four metres and eighty-seven centimetres (4.87 m) or 15 French feet wide on two hundred and sixty-seven metres and seventy-six centimetres (267.76 m) or 8781/ feet and partly by he property of Rogers and Co Ltd on two lines measuring respectively one hundred and fourteen metres and fifteen centimetres (114.15 m) or 3741/ feet and one hundred and seventy metres and forty-six centimetres (170.46 m) or 5591/ feet. Towards the South West partly by surplus of State land on one hundred and eighty-seven metres and ninety-eight centimetres (187.98 m) or 6163/ feet, partly by the properties of Messrs Robert Andrew Potanah Narraidoo, Claude Emmanuel Alcindor and Edouard Chung Mien Shiu on a total length of one hundred and two metres and fifty-six centimetres (102.56 m) or 3361/ feet meas2 ured along the axis of a common and party road 3.90 metres or 12 French feet wide. Towards the West partly by the property of Mr Edouard Chung Mien Shiu on one hundred and seventy-seven metres and seventy-seven centimetres (177.77 m) or 5831/ feet and partly by the properties of Messrs Deosarun Ramrucha and Poorun Nundlall on a total length of one hundred and ten metres and thirty-four centimetres (110.34 m) or 362 feet measured along the axis of a common and party road 3.90 metres or 12 French feet wide. B PORTION OF LAND AT POINTE AUX SABLES IN THE DISTRICT OF BLACK RIVER, OF THE EXTENT OF 22A00 Description of Boundaries— Towards the North partly by Pas Geometriques Pointe aux Sables on sixty and fourteen hundredths of a metre (60.14 m) or 1971/ feet, and partly by the prop4 erty of Mr Razcarran Sohun on a line broken into two parts measuring respectively seventy and eighty-eight hundredths of a metre (70.88 m) or 2321/ feet and thirty-four and seventy-six hundredths of a metre (34.76 m) or 114 feet. Towards the North East partly by the property of Mr Razcarran Sohun and partly by the property of Mr Nundcoomar Ramloll on three hundred and twenty and twelve-hundredths of a metre (320.12 m) or 1050 feet. Towards the East partly by the property belonging to Dr Philippe de Chaumont or assigns and partly by the property belonging to Mr France de Casanove on one hundred and eighty-two metres and ninety centimetres (182.90 m). Towards the South by the property of the Mauritius Ports Authority on one hundred and fifteen metres and six centimetres (115.06 m). Towards the West by the property of the Mauritius Ports Authority on one hundred and fifty-two metres and thirty-two centimetres (152.32 m).
