11. Purchase price The public auctioneer shall forthwith pay into the hands of the Accountant-General the sums paid on account of every such sale, and the Accountant-General, to whom the necessary information shall forthwith be conveyed by the Chief Surveyor, shall claim payment of the balance due at the time when such payments ought to be effected.
