20. Expiring jouissances
(1) Existing jouissances held for a limited period determined by efflux of
time shall not be renewed, but may be converted into a sale or a lease as the
Minister thinks fit.
(2) Where there are buildings erected by the holder of the jouissance on
the land, the holder may remove his buildings or demand that the land be put
up for sale, unless the Minister agrees to purchase the buildings.
