36. Recovery of rent
(1) Recovery of rent due under—
(a) any shooting, fishing or grazing lease, of State land shall take
place at the instance of the Conservator of Forests;
(b) any other lease of State land shall take place at the instance of
the Accountant-General.
(2) Where any rent is due, it shall be recovered by the Conservator of
Forests, or the Accountant-General, as the case may be, under the procedure
and in the form and manner provided by the Recovery of State Debts Act,
and that Act shall apply to all proceedings under this section.
