4. Joint tortfeasors and contributory negligence
Where the State is subject to any liability by virtue of this Part, the law
relating to the liability of joint and several tortfeasors, and the apportionment
of damages, shall be enforceable by or against the State in respect of the
liability to which it is so subject, as if the State were a private person of full
age and capacity.
