6. Meetings of Board
(1) Subject to this section, the Board shall regulate its meetings and proceedings in such manner as it may determine.
(2) The Board shall meet at the request of the Chairperson or of not less
than 3 members and at such time and place as the Chairperson may determine.
(3) Five members shall constitute a quorum.
