10. Collection of other statistical information
(1) On the recommendation of the Board, the Director may, from time to
time, collect in Mauritius or any part of it, whether in conjunction with a
census or not, statistical information relating to all or any of the matters set
out in the First Schedule, other than the census referred to in section 9.
(2) The particulars and information to be furnished in relation to any matter in respect of which the statistical information is to be collected under
subsection (1) and the frequency of the collection shall be subject to the
prior approval of the Board.
