15. Pensions
(1) A pension payable to the surviving spouse or an eligible child under
section 14 shall accrue daily as from the date of the death of the associate
and shall be paid monthly until—
(a) in the case of a surviving spouse, she remarries or dies;
(b) in the case of an eligible child, he ceases to be an eligible child.
(2) Upon the death of a person to whom a surviving spouse’s pension is
payable under this Act, his legal personal representative shall be paid one full
month’s pension in respect of the month in which that person died together
with a gratuity of an equivalent amount.
