2. Interpretation
In this Act—
“Company” means the Statutory Bodies Mutual Aid Association Limited;
“employer” means a statutory body;
“local authority” has the same meaning as in the Local Government
Act;
“member” means a member of the Company;
“statutory body” means a local authority, the Central Electricity Board,
the Tobacco Board, or an undertaking declared to be a statutory body
under section 4.
