12. Financial arrangements
(1) The operational costs of SUBEX-M shall be borne by all the ordinary
and associate members in such manner as may be decided by the General
Assembly.
(2) SUBEX-M shall set up a General Fund into which shall be remitted all
monies received and out of which shall be paid all expenses.

(3) The Committee may, with the approval of the General Assembly,
raise or borrow such sums of money for its purposes under this Act as it
thinks fit.
(4) The SUBEX-M may receive gifts in cash or in kind and grants from
public or private bodies or from enterprises.
