8. Director
(1) There shall be a Director of SUBEX-M who shall be appointed by the
Committee.
(2) The Director shall be responsible for the day-to-day management of
SUBEX-M.

(3) The Director shall attend every meeting of the Committee or the General Assembly, but shall have no right to vote.
