9. Annual report
(1) The Board shall, not later than 3 months after the close of every financial year, submit to the Minister a report together with an audited statement of accounts on the operations of the Trust in respect of that financial
year.
(2) The statement of accounts and balance sheet of the Trust shall be
audited by a qualified auditor appointed by the Board.

(3) In this section, “qualified auditor” has the meaning assigned to it in
the Statutory Bodies (Accounts and Audit) Act.
(4) The Technical Adviser shall submit an annual report to the Board.
