20. Continued employment of existing workers in sugar industry
Subject to—
(a) sections 23 and 23A of this Act;
(b) section 30 of the Mauritius Cane Industry Authority Act; and
(c) the Employment Rights Act,
every worker in employment on 31 May 2001 shall be entitled to remain in
the employment of his employer.
