33. Jurisdiction
Notwithstanding—
(a) section 114 of the Courts Act;
(b) section 72 of the District and Intermediate Courts (Criminal Jurisdiction) Act,
any District Court shall have jurisdiction to hear and determine an offence
under this Act and may impose any fine or penalty provided under this Act.
