16. Conditions of service of staff
The Committee may make rules, in such form as it may determine, to
govern the conditions of service of its officers and other employees and in
particular, to deal with—
(a) the appointment, dismissal, discipline, pay and leave of, and the
security to be given by, officers and other employees;
(b) appeals by officers and other employees against dismissal and
other disciplinary measures;
(c) the establishment and maintenance of provident and pension
fund schemes, and the contributions payable and the benefits
recoverable.
