31. Exemptions
(1) The Committee shall be exempt from payment of any duty, rate,
charge or tax.
(2) The Committee may frank letters or postal packets within Mauritius
free of charge.

(3) The deed witnessing the transfer of any immovable property by the
Fund to a worker, who is duly certified as such in the deed, shall be registered free of charge.
