6. Powers of Committee
(1) Subject to subsection (2) and to the Finance and Audit Act, the Committee shall, for the purposes of this Act, have the same powers as a natural
person.
(2) The Minister may, in relation to the exercise by the Committee of its
functions, give such directions to the Committee as he considers necessary
and the Committee shall comply with those directions.
