14. Labour Welfare Fund Committee
(1) The Committee shall make such contributions to the Fund, as may be
agreed between the Committee and the Board, towards financing the cost of
providing past service pensions to artisans and labourers in accordance with
this Act.
(2) The dates on which such contributions shall be payable shall be
determined by agreement.
(3) Such contributions shall be placed to the credit of the artisans’ fund
or the labourers’ fund, as the case may be.
