23A. Inscription of mortgage
Notwithstanding any other enactment, the inscription taken by the Board
to secure payment of any loan, together with interest and other liabilities in
respect of it, made by the Board under this Act, need not be renewed, but
shall continue to have full force and effect without any such renewal until
the complete extinction and payment of such loan, interest and liabilities.
