6. Pensions or gratuities
(1) The Fund shall be chargeable with all pensions, gratuities or other
allowances which may become due to a member in accordance with this Act
and the Rules, or to the heirs of the member.
(2) Pensions, gratuities, death gratuities or other allowances shall be paid
out of the staff employees’ fund, the artisans’ fund, the labourers’ fund, the
VAC Fund or the Specified Workers Gratuity Fund, according to whether the
member concerned is a staff employee, an artisan, a labourer, an employee
making a voluntary addition contribution or a specified worker, respectively.
