18A. Loans granted by Board
(1) The Board may, on the recommendation of the Committee, grant
loans to the Syndicate in such sum and on such terms and conditions as the
Board may approve.
(2) Any sum granted and not reimbursed immediately before the
commencement of subsection (1) shall be deemed to have been approved by
the Board.
