25A. Prescribed area and prescribed percentage of total insurable sugar
For the purpose of section 25 (1) of the Act—
(a) the area prescribed for computing the total sugar accrued shall
be—
(i) subject to section 22 (2A), the extents under cane of all
large planters in any enlarged factory area; or
(ii) the extents under cane of the growing unit in any enlarged
factory area; and
(b) the prescribed percentage of the total insurable sugar shall be 80
per cent.
