33. Forfeiture of compensation
Where the Board is satisfied that a planter or métayer—
(a) has, under his name, sold or disposed of canes harvested from
cane plantations other than those registered in his name in
respect of any crop year; or
(b) has sold or disposed of any of the canes harvested from cane
plantations, registered in his name, under a fictitious name or to
any person other than a person to whom he is authorised to sell
or dispose of his canes under the Mauritius Cane Industry Authority Act 2011,

it shall not pay to the planter any compensation to which he may have been
entitled for that crop year.
