39A. Payments out of Bulk Sugar Insurance Account
(1) All compensation, reinsurance premium and other amounts payable in
connection with the Bulk Sugar Insurance shall be paid out of the Bulk Sugar
Insurance Account.
(2) Any amount in excess of the liabilities of the Bulk Sugar Insurance
Account shall, on the advice of the actuaries, be paid into the General Insurance Account.
