3. Establishment of Fund
(1) There is established for the purposes of this Act a Technical School
Management Trust Fund.
(2) The Fund shall be a body corporate.
(3) The objects of the Fund shall be to—
(a) manage the Centres;
(b) organise and run technical education courses at the Centres;

(c) promote technical education; and
(d) advise the Minister on short and long term plans for technical
education, and on the need for appropriate research in the field
of technical education.
