6. Director
(1) The Board shall—
(a) with the approval of the Minister, appoint a Director;
(b) after consultation with the Minister, determine the terms and
conditions of service of the Director.

(2) The Director shall be responsible for—
(a) the execution of the policy of the Board;
(b) the control and management of the day-to-day business of the
Board and the overall control of the Centres.
(3) The Director shall be entitled to attend every meeting of the Board,
and take part in its deliberations, but shall not be entitled to vote on a matter
before the Board.
