5. The Board
(1) The Commission shall be administered and managed by a Board
which shall consist of a Chairperson and 8 other members, to be appointed
by the Prime Minister.
(2) Every member shall hold office for 3 years but shall be eligible for reappointment.
(3) At a meeting of the Board, 6 members shall constitute a quorum.
(4) Subject to subsection (3), the Board shall regulate its meetings and
proceedings in such manner as it may determine.
(5) Notwithstanding subsection (2), the Chairperson shall be appointed
on such terms and conditions as the Prime Minister may determine.
