3. Permission to build footbridge
(1) The Board may build a footbridge, in the manner specified in the
Schedule, for the purpose of connecting 2 buildings situate at Teste de Buch
Street in the District of Plaines Wilhems.
(2) The Board shall at its own cost maintain the footbridge in good repair
and ensure that it is not a source of danger for the public.
