6. Amendment of Schedule
The Minister may, by regulations, amend the Schedule.
SCHEDULE
[Section 3]
The footbridge shall be—
(a) at a distance of 56.55 metres from the junction of Teste de Buch
Street with the Phoenix-Mahebourg Road (A10);
(b) at a height of 5.49 metres above Teste de Buch Street;
(c) of a length of 7.47 metres and a width of 1.60 metres; and
(d) of such construction and design as the Minister may approve.
