32E. Security for transfer to warehouse
Where leaf tobacco is transferred from a warehouse to a bonded warehouse, the manufacturer who causes the leaf tobacco to be transferred shall
give security by bond, with 2 sufficient sureties, in such sum as the DirectorGeneral shall direct, to cover the value of, and the excise duty on, the leaf
tobacco during the transfer from the warehouse to the bonded warehouse.
