32I. Responsibility for bonded warehouse
The proprietor or occupier of a bonded warehouse shall be responsible to
the owner of any leaf tobacco stored there for the safe and proper delivery
of the leaf tobacco, and Government shall incur no liability in respect of any
delivery effected under the authority of an excise delivery warrant or other
excise document.
