37. Limitation period Notwithstanding any other enactment, any money standing to the credit of a producer or other person in the books of the Board and which has remained unclaimed for 2 years shall, if not claimed within one month of the publication in the Gazette of a notice stating that the Board intends to transfer the money to its credit, be transferred to the credit of the Board, and the producer or other person, or his heirs, executors or assignees, shall then have no further claim on the money. 38. – 39. —
