102. Exemptions from speeding
Any other enactment imposing a speed limit on a pleasure craft or an
exempt pleasure craft shall not apply to a pleasure craft or an exempt pleasure craft, as the case may be, which is used—
(a) for police purposes;

(b) by an authorised officer in the exercise of his duties;
(c) for a race or trial of speed in a navigational area at such time
and under such conditions as may be approved by the Authority;
(d) for rescue or assistance to persons in danger at sea.
