113. Sending unseaworthy pleasure craft to navigational area
Any person who sends a pleasure craft in a navigational area in a state
such that there is danger of injury to a person shall commit an offence and,
shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine of not less than 10,000 rupees and
not exceeding 100,000 rupees and to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years.
