122. Obligation to furnish particulars
(1) Every licensee or canvasser permit holder, as the case may be, shall,
when so required by the Director, within such time as may be fixed by him,
give in writing such information, other than information privileged under any
enactment, relating to his business as may be requested by him.
(2) Any person who, without lawful excuse, fails to comply with a requirement made by the Director under subsection (1), shall commit an offence and,
shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine of not less than 1,000 rupees and not
exceeding 10,000 rupees and to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3
months.
