125A. Tampering with pleasure craft
Any person who—
(a) gets on a pleasure craft or an exempt pleasure craft;
(b) tampers with any part of the mechanism of a pleasure craft or
an exempt pleasure craft; or
(c) interferes with or damages a pleasure craft or an exempt pleasure craft,
without lawful authority or reasonable cause, shall commit an offence and
shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine of not less than 5,000 rupees and not
exceeding 50,000 rupees and to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one
year.
