126. Offences
Any person who—
(a) fails to comply with any condition of his licence or canvasser
permit;
(b) fails to comply with any rule, standard, guideline or Code of Practice, issued by the Authority;
(c) fails to comply with a requirement under section 7 (2) (a);
(d) carries on his business or operates a tourist enterprise in a manner
contrary to the interests of public health, public order or public
safety;
(e) contravenes this Act or any regulations made under it,
shall commit an offence and, shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine of not
less than 10,000 rupees and not exceeding 100,000 rupees and to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 years.
