19. Annual report
(1) The Authority shall, not later than 3 months after the closure of a financial year, issue an annual report on its activities and audited accounts for that
financial year.
(2) The annual report shall be submitted to the Minister for his approval
and be laid at the first available opportunity before the Assembly.

(3) Notwithstanding section 5 of the Statutory Bodies (Accounts and
Audit) Act, the accounts of the Authority shall be audited by the Director of
Audit.
