23. Execution of documents
(1) Subject to subsection (2), all documents shall be deemed to be executed by or on behalf of the Authority if signed by the Chairperson or the
Director.
(2) Every cheque, contract and deed of the Authority shall be signed by
any 2 of the following persons—
(a) the Chairperson;
(b) the Director; or
(c) such other person as the Board may appoint for that purpose.
