60. Restriction on the issue of pleasure craft licence
No pleasure craft licence shall be issued to—
(a) a person;
(b) a body corporate of which any director, manager, officer or majority shareholder; or
(c) a société of which a partner holding a majority share,
who has, within 3 years preceding the date of the application, been convicted of any offence involving fraud or dishonesty.
