21. Determination of claims
(1) A dispute arising under this Act as to—
(a) the right of a claimant to recover compensation; or
(b) the amount and manner of payment of any compensation
recoverable,
shall, upon the application of any party concerned, be heard and determined
by the Supreme Court.
(2) A dispute referred to the Supreme Court under subsection (1) shall be
by way of a suit by or against the Board.
(3) (a) The procedure governing the lodging and hearing of claims under
this section shall be prescribed by Rules of Court.
(b) The Supreme Court may make any order as to costs as it thinks
fit.
