24. Application by domestic industry
(1) An investigation under this Part may be initiated by the Investigating
Authority upon receipt of a written application by, or on behalf of, a domestic industry.
(2) An application under subsection (1) shall include evidence of—
(a) dumping or subsidy;
(b) injury; and
(c) causal link.
