3. Application of Act
(1) This Act shall apply to any investigation in relation to a dumped or
subsidised product.
(2) This Act shall apply to any investigation initiated on or before the
commencement of this Act.
(3) The enforcement and collection of duties under this Act shall be a
function of the Customs Department of the Mauritius Revenue Authority.
