43. Disclosure after preliminary determination
The Investigating Authority shall, on request made by an exporter or producer of the investigated product and within 15 days of the publication of the
preliminary determination, hold separate disclosure meetings with exporters or
producers to explain the dumping or subsidy calculation methodology preliminarily applied for that exporter or producer.
