5. Imposition of anti-dumping measures The Investigating Authority may impose anti-dumping measures on products imported into Mauritius where it is determined pursuant to an investigation initiated and conducted in accordance with this Act, that— (a) the investigated product is dumped; (b) there is injury to the domestic industry; and (c) there is a causal link between the dumped product and injury to the domestic industry.
