58. Termination for insufficient evidence, de minimis or negligible volume (1) An investigation shall be terminated at any time where the Investigating Authority is satisfied that there is insufficient evidence of dumping, subsidy, injury or causal link. (2) The Investigating Authority may terminate an investigation where it determines that the dumping margin or the amount of subsidy is de minimis, or that the volume of dumped or subsidised imports, actual or potential, or the injury, is negligible.
