67. Application of measures
Except as provided for in sections 48 and 68, provisional measures and
anti-dumping duty or countervailing duty shall apply to products which enter
into Mauritius for consumption on or after the date of publication of an affirmative preliminary or final determination in an investigation or review conducted under this Act.
